We hope you love your handmade goodies, but for hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns—including changes of mind, scent/texture preferences, or reactions. (Full ingredient lists are on each product page!)

If there’s ever an issue with your order, don’t worry—just reach out with your order number, and we’ll make it right the Butta Way.

Returns

Received the wrong item? Reach out with your order number, a brief note, and a photo, and we’ll fix it right away. For hygiene reasons, the incorrect item does not need to be returned. We’ll send the correct product to you as soon as possible. Your satisfaction comes first — the Butta Way!
