We hope you love your handmade goodies, but for hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns—including changes of mind, scent/texture preferences, or reactions. (Full ingredient lists are on each product page!)

If there’s ever an issue with your order, don’t worry—just reach out with your order number, and we’ll make it right the Butta Way.

Returns

If you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us with your order number, a brief description, and a photo so we can quickly fix it. For hygiene reasons, you don’t need to return the incorrect item. We’ll resend the correct product. Your satisfaction is our priority—the Butta Way!
